On the top of the Maschio d'Ariano

We will start from the caldera of the ancient Lazio Volcano and we will climb the panoramic summit of the Maschio d'Ariano (Rocca di Papa) where we will find the ruins of a 12th century castle. History and nature will be the ingredients of a fascinating journey within the Artemisio Site of Community Interest.

 APPUNTAMENTO: 9:00 am at the parking lot located in Fontanile della Cava, next to the restaurant   "The Antica Baita" at the intersection of via Tuscolana km 32,300 Rocca Priora and SP 18 / c.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT: - backpack - trekking boots  - clothing suitable for the season (sunscreen, hat, hiking sticks, k-way recommended) - water (at least 1.5 liters) - packed lunch ( avoid salty and heavy foods)  

COVID NOTE: in accordance with the current provisions for the emergency from COVID-19, for participation in the activity it is MANDATORY that each participant: - is equipped with their own protective mask. - is equipped with a vial of non self-produced disinfectant gel - strictly maintains the interpersonal distance of 2 meters

  In case of bad weather the excursion will be postponed to a date to be defined
